We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a professional and proactive Receptionist to join a busy and fast-paced corporate environment on a temporary basis.

This is a key front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and provide general support across the wider team. If you’re someone who is friendly, organised, and enjoys supporting others, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcoming guests and managing visitor sign-ins

  • Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism

  • Sorting and distributing daily mail

  • Ensuring the reception and office areas are tidy and well-presented

  • Restocking kitchen and drinks supplies as needed

  • Providing general administrative support across the office

  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks for the wider team, including marketing and executive support functions

You may also be required to step in and support some responsibilities of a recent vacancy within the team, so flexibility and a willingness to help where needed is key.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a reception or front desk role preferred

  • Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing needs

  • Able to pick things up quickly and work well independently
